Ltd. has started business in September 2008 with partnership firm and thereafter restructured internally and established private limited company as per Company’s Act 1956 in April 2011. The company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying APIs and its intermediates, and Speciality Chemicals to Indian as well as overseas customers. The products are represented by “MODASA” brand, its purpose of being its introduction as a qualitative product with reasonable prices.

Young, energetic and customer-oriented team has played significant role in company’s growth. Based on our experience and requirement of the market and to gain other segments of market, we introduced new products to satisfy most of demands of our valued customers at single point.
